Optional Members AreaIf you include the optional members area you can also manage the members directory, the forum/message board and other related church member specific items from the Church111 back office administration area. We can help you populate your members database the first time you set it up so you don't have to enter each member by hand. The additional cost of a church member's section is $15/month. Groups: If you sign up for the optional members section, our easy-to-use interface allows you to set up groups for your church departments, Sunday school classes, youth groups, missions, etc. You can add members to those groups and the group leader can contact them quickly and easily. You can set up pages specific to your group and enter information that your members need. Optional BlogChurch111 also offers an optional blog so you can share your most immediate thoughts and concerns with your parishoners. The back office allows you to add or edit blog categories and blog entries and edit or remove replies to your posts if you set up your blog to allow replies. The additional cost is $5/month for a church blog. Secure Forms and Shopping CartChurch111 allows you to manage all your secure pages as well from the back office administration area. You can add forms for taking donations or making reservations with a credit card for church events. You can also set up a shopping cart for on-line church related credit card transaction purchases if you wish to do so. The additional cost of the secure server options is $15/month. |
