Members Section

The optional church members area provides your church community with a private place to share ideas and communicate with each other. You simply enter information into the the easy-to-use administrative area of our church web site template system and the information appears on your site.

Church Directory

The on-line church directory allows your church members to look each other up and edit their own profiles. Members can enter the entire family and related information including:

• Enter family name, address and phone number
• Upload a picture of the family
• Enter family member name, gender, household position, marital status, DOB, anniversary, email address, phone, username, password and set the access level for the member
• Families can be "unlisted" and still be members
• Members can set a "Quick List" of friends so they can easily find them

Prayer Request

Members can make a prayer request in the members section of their church site. They can specify who or what the prayer request is for and any details regarding the prayer request.

Message Center

Members can send messages to other members. Those messages will show up when the other member logs into the members section of the church web site and can optionally be sent by email to the member as well.

Private Church Chat Room

Members can establish a live chat with other members in the password protected private church chat room. This is great for short notice instant on-line meetings with other members or staff.

Private Church Message Board

Members can participate in threaded discussions with other members using the password protected private church message board. A threaded message board is great for getting wide ranging opinions on topical discussions.

Security

The members section is password protected by a password for each user. Visitors can sign up as a prospective member, but an email is sent to the site administrator and they must be approved prior to being allowed to enter the member's section.
